What are your prices?

Your investment with us is discussed with you during our free consultation.

In order to take part in your guarantee, do I need to stay with you for any length of time?

Good question!  The short answer is yes.  If we agree to work together and you take part in our guarantee to get your books organized in 30 days (or less!), you also agree to a 3 month term of service – so if you decide for some reason you don’t like us, you’re stuck with us for 3 months. ;0)

Do I get financial reports every month?

Every month we will issue you monthly financial statements consisting of a Balance Sheet, Income Statement and any other tailored reports we have discussed with you for your business. These reports will help you understand your business past to make decisions on your business future. They are required in order to do any tax planning or to fund your business with mid-year loans.

What qualifications does your team have?

Our team members are CPAs (Certified Professional Accountants), CFOs (Chief Financial Officers), Certified Bookkeepers and Certified Pro-Advisors. You can rest assured that you are working with the highest quality professionals. We all also belong to a large network of financial professionals so if there is a question we have not seen before, we have a lot of resources in our back pocket to find an answer for you fast.

What happens after I sign up with Talliers Bookkeeping Inc.?

Once you partner with us, you will be given access to the membership portal so you can watch a short series of on-boarding videos. Simply follow the directions in the videos and we will get to work ASAP.

What information do I need to share?

We would need access to your business bank and credit card accounts in order to efficiently complete the job we’ve been hired to do. Many banks allow for accountant access to bank accounts with certain restrictions – we will discuss this with you when the time comes.

If I have a question, how long does it take to get an email response?

We pride ourselves on being very responsive to our clients important inquiries. We strive to respond within 24 hours AT MOST (except over weekends and holidays). If we are very busy, we will respond to let you know we’ve received your email and will address it shortly.

What hours do the bookkeepers and other team members work?

Due to the flexible nature of bookkeeping work, many team members work various hours of the day and night. However, we use the regular standard work hours of M-F, 8am-5pm (PST) to address emails and phone calls.

How do we pay for your services?

When you decide to work with us, the first payment is collected via credit card of your choice. Before the next month’s payment, we get you set up with a monthly auto debit from your bank account through our Plooto application.  This saves money for both our clients and us –  rather than to continue using expensive credit cards.

What software subscriptions are required to work with Talliers Bookkeeping Inc.?

Our team must use Quickbooks Online (Plus or Advanced), Clio (for law firms), Quickbooks Receipt Capture and other apps discussed with you beforehand, in order to handle the work efficiently.

If you have a current subscription, you are ahead of the game. No need to get another subscription. If you do not currently have a subscription, we will walk you through this.

If there are other apps needed to streamline your firm or business, we would discuss this with you beforehand.

All subscription costs are the responsibility of the client but are always discussed with you first.
